Helio SEO vs Arvow (formerly Journalist AI)

Arvow is Journalist AI with a new name, and it is the closest feature match we found: autopilot articles, AI-visibility tracking, and automated links. The differences sit underneath: how the volume is metered, which plan gets the measurement, and where the links come from. Here is the whole picture, including where they are ahead.

	Helio SEO	Arvow
Monthly cost	£29 to £49, priced in your currency, not a sale price	Sale pricing from $39 (listed as normally $69); US dollars only
How volume works	A fixed plan: an article a day, or every other day	Credit-metered; how many articles your credits buy depends on length
AI visibility measurement	Grounded checks on every plan (weekly on Pro, fortnightly on Lite), plus the article that closes each gap	Their LLM and AI-visibility trackers start at the $69 Business tier
Backlinks	Journalist requests matched to you and replies drafted for you to send; no link networks or exchanges, ever	A backlink exchange matching member sites by niche and authority, from the Business tier
Trial	7 days free, no card	No trial published on their pricing page
Where it publishes	Your own domain, natively or hosted on your domain	Your own domain: WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and more

Where Arvow is the better pick

You want maximum feature breadth. White-label reports, multi-site plans and a human-and-AI service tier (checked 28 August 2026). Helio SEO has white label and extra sites, and no service tier.
You want volume flexibility. Credit metering means a heavy month and a light month can cost the same. Our fixed daily cadence is simpler but stiffer.
You knew them as Journalist AI. Arvow is Journalist AI renamed, the same product and company.

Measurement on every plan, not the middle tier

Whether an AI assistant names you is the question this whole category exists to answer, so we refuse to sell it as an upgrade. Every Helio SEO plan gets the grounded check (weekly on Pro, fortnightly on Lite), the honest sample size, and the article that closes each miss, at a published price that is not waiting for a sale banner to change. Read our own blog, written by the same pipeline.
