14 days, no questions asked

If Helio SEO is not right for you, you can have your money back. This covers your first payment and every renewal. Ask within 14 days of the payment. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@helioseo.io from the address on your account. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. We refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.

Who handles payments

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It handles payments, invoices, customer service inquiries and returns.

After a refund

A refunded subscription ends straight away. Articles already delivered to your site stay yours. You can subscribe again whenever you like.

Payments made without permission

If a card was used without its owner's permission, we refund the full amount to the cardholder.
